At Goral, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your total satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Goral account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
